Double closings: both sides (A to B and B to C), one flat fee. Residential double closings save $595 compared with paying two separate $1,695 closing fees.
Assignment closings include assignment documentation and assignment fee disbursement. Title insurance premiums are set by Florida regulation and are separate from our settlement fee. A $300 deposit for the title and municipal lien search is due when the file opens and is credited toward your closing costs.
